On November 27, Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai, after a meeting with residents of the Munaili district, received citizens on personal issues. One of the residents who came to the reception asked to allocate a building for the opening of a special center for the purpose of social adaptation and development of special children. The governor of the region supported the proposal and instructed the head of the district to consider all possibilities within the framework of legislation, providing appropriate support.
Gulzira Akzhigitova, director of the regional Federation of Artistic and Aesthetic Gymnastics, also raised the issue of building a special gymnasium for athletes and asked for help in obtaining a profitable loan. To solve this problem, the head of the region instructed the responsible persons to consider effective ways to obtain loans and provide assistance.
During the reception, residents also raised issues of ensuring the infrastructure of the district. Residents of the village of Mangystau said that they asked to improve the street lighting system, since despite the presence of street lights, it often fails. Residents of Bayanda village complained about the lack of drinking water and stressed the need to increase the volume supplied.
In addition, residents of the village of Batyr asked to install a Kaspi bank terminal in the village. A letter was sent to the bank's head office with a corresponding proposal on this issue.
More than 100 citizens who came to the reception raised issues of improving housing conditions, solving the problem of unemployment and the need for public transport, developing education, healthcare, tourism and entrepreneurship, building playgrounds, and supporting agriculture.
Nurdaulet Kilybai listened to each appeal and gave specific instructions to the responsible persons.
