At the initiative of the Civil Defense Committee and Military Units, the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved new standards for the simplest shelters at civil construction sites.
The standard forms mandatory requirements for premises that perform the function of the simplest shelters designed to protect the population from non-directional damaging factors of conventional weapons during martial law or during wartime. The requirements of these standards cover 16 types of objects with a mass stay of people.
The building regulations were approved by Order No. 134-NK of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Construction dated October 22, 2024.
