A new feature for posting reviews has appeared on the HR Enbek workforce portal. They can be left by both employees – about current and past jobs, and employers – about existing and dismissed employees.
Reviews include a five-star rating (from very poor to excellent) and a text description. The functionality allows you to evaluate the positive or negative experience of employee-employer interaction, but it is optional.
When leaving a review, you must sign it using an electronic digital signature to ensure its authenticity. You can view your feedback in the corresponding section in the tabs "My reviews" (left by the user) and "Reviews about me" (received by the user). All data about the reviews created and received can be uploaded in document format.
The employee and the employer can also leave one comment per review, which allows you to supplement or clarify information about cooperation.
Currently, employers, when selecting candidates for employment, can request feedback from previous jobs in the "Employees" section. In this case, a request for consent is sent to the candidate via SMS from number 1414 or to his personal account on the portal, as well as in the HR Enbek mobile application. The employer can access the information only after obtaining consent.
The opportunity to view reviews of employers on the portal of the Electronic Labor Exchange Enbek.kz will be available to all applicants in 2025.
This functionality is aimed at increasing the transparency of the relationship between employers and employees, simplifying the process of job search and hiring employees.
It is important to note that the user is solely responsible for the information provided. In case of entering false information on online platforms, legal liability is provided. The dissemination of false information entails administrative liability.
