Akim of the region Nurlan Urankhaev held a reporting meeting with the population of the Zharma district. At the meeting, he summed up the results of the work over 10 months, spoke about key projects in the economy and social sphere, and also listened to citizens' appeals.
"The main purpose of such meetings is to promptly resolve topical issues and maintain feedback, which is extremely important for us. At the last meeting with the residents of the district, more than 30 questions were asked. Some of them were answered directly during the event, and instructions were given to the relevant departments for the rest. The execution of these orders is under my personal control," the governor of the region said.
Repair work continues in the region on key highways: Zharyk–Zhangyztobe and Auezov–Shar. The necessary funds have been allocated from the regional budget, and the issue of opening a bus route in the direction of Zhangyztobe–Kalbatau–Semey is also being resolved. It is planned to put into operation a sports module in the village of Auezov by the end of the year. Also, as part of the "Auyl – el besigi" program, a major renovation of the district House of Culture was carried out.
"Special attention is paid to the development of the city of Shar. A Roadmap for the development of the city until 2028 has been approved for an integrated approach. This year, 3.4 billion tenge has been allocated from the regional budget for the implementation of priority tasks. The main funds are aimed at performing average repairs of the road surface in the city, the purchase of 18 rental apartments for socially vulnerable segments of the population, improving urban infrastructure, subsidizing passenger rail transportation along the Semey–Shar route, strengthening the material and technical base and repairing five social infrastructure facilities. Shar is an important city for the region, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that its development proceeds dynamically and consistently," the governor of the region noted.
395.7 million tenge was allocated to strengthen the material and technical base of the Zharminsky district hospital. A CT scanner worth 350 million tenge was purchased at the institution. Next year, the construction of a swimming pool will begin in the city of Shar, and a new stadium will appear in the village of Kalbatau.
After the reporting meeting, a personal reception of citizens was held. Residents were given comprehensive answers to the questions raised.
