The results of the second stage of the project "1000 leaders of changes in education", aimed at selecting and training leaders of the new format, have been summarized. This year, 11 teachers from the Abai region received certificates. Now they can be appointed to positions without competition.
The selection took place in five stages: testing of professional and managerial competencies, training, internship at leading schools in the country, final assessment and interview with the republican commission. All stages of selection and advanced training of candidates were organized by the Center for Pedagogical Excellence.
According to the results of all five stages, 376 candidates from all over the country joined the Republican Personnel Reserve. They were awarded certificates allowing appointment to positions without competition. It is expected that the new generation of managers will contribute to the solution of personnel issues, as well as lead new schools, including those under construction within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School".
Last year, 15 teachers of the Abai region were included in the list of reservists.
