The cost of concluding a purchase and sale agreement through a specialist of the center is 8500 tenge for individuals, and 12500 tenge for legal entities.
To formalize the transaction, the seller and buyer must come to the PSC with real estate documents. If both parties are married, the consent of the spouses, drawn up through a notary, is required. The employee prepares a purchase and sale agreement in 2 copies.
The service period is 1 working day, not counting the date of submission of the document. Payment for state registration of rights to real estate is made according to the price list.
