On December 1, the Minister of Emergency Situations Genghis Arinov announced the "Fire Safety Month".
Within the framework of the Month, a set of measures is planned aimed at the safe passage of the heating period and upcoming holidays (Independence Day and New Year), including:
informing citizens on fire safety issues in the residential sector;
conducting evacuation training at facilities
with the mass presence of people;
holding meetings with the owners of facilities with a mass stay of people to clarify the requirements of fire safety in the organization of New Year's events;
carrying out preventive measures in places of New Year's celebrations, including fireworks and the sale of pyrotechnic products;
monitoring the installation of fire detectors, carbon monoxide sensors and gas analyzers in the housing stock, as well as the facts of their operation;
coverage of the issues of safe operation of vehicles equipped with gas cylinder equipment;
etc.
