Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov, during a working trip to the city of Kosshy, examined the progress of construction of the Lilac Garden residential complex, which is among the problematic shared-equity construction projects.
Earlier, the akim of the region and IC Galamat adopted an agreement on mutual cooperation to complete the construction of long-term buildings. Almas Galimardanov, Executive Director of the company, presented an action plan for the completion of work at the Lilac Garden and Diamond Park residential complexes.
Currently, work is underway on the construction site to erect the supporting structures of a nine-storey building, bricklaying of exterior walls and partitions is being carried out. In parallel, the construction of a five-storey house is underway, work has been carried out on the preparation of the pit, driving test piles and other construction stages. About 80 employees and more than 20 working equipment are involved in the facility.
Marat Akhmetzhanov noted the need to accelerate the pace of construction and provide comprehensive assistance to investors in solving emerging issues. He also instructed the city administration and interested government agencies to provide daily progress reports.
"The completion of long-term construction is an important task for the region. It is necessary to provide citizens with high-quality housing and restore confidence in shared-equity construction. Issues with other problematic residential complexes will be resolved in stages," the governor of the region stressed.
