Deputy akim of the region Zhasulan Sarsebayev paid a working visit to Kokpekty district. During the trip, the key objects of social, educational and sports infrastructure were examined, as well as instructions for their further development were given. So, the first object was a swimming pool, the construction of which was completed. The general contractor was SMU-Shygys LLP.
"The work on the basin must be completed without delay. Responsible persons must promptly issue all necessary documents and ensure that the facility is put into operation in the near future. This should not be delayed," Zhasulan Sarsebayev stressed.
The sports and recreation complex, which was put into operation in 2020, was also visited. This facility is under the management of the KSU "Children's and Youth Sports School No. 1 of the Kokpektinsky district".
"The condition of the facility is generally satisfactory, but measures must be taken to ensure its full functionality. I instruct the director of the school to submit a budget application for the purchase of missing sports equipment within two weeks. Children and teenagers should have equal access to high—quality conditions for sports," the deputy mayor said.
KSU "Kokpektinskaya secondary School" is the largest educational organization in the district, designed for 600 student places. Today, more than 500 children study here. Major repairs are needed here.
"The school requires a careful approach. I instruct the management of the school and the district department of education to conduct an audit of the material and technical base as soon as possible and prepare a list of necessary improvements. We cannot allow the educational process to suffer due to a lack of equipment or other resources," Zhasulan Sarsebayev stressed.
The activities of the KSU "Center for the provision of Special social services in the Kokpektinsky district" are under special control. The Center provides assistance to children with disabilities, persons with neuropsychiatric pathologies, as well as the elderly.
During the visit, clear deadlines were set for the execution of orders. Zhasulan Sarsebayev stressed that the issues of social and educational infrastructure require monitoring and regular monitoring.
