In Karaganda and Temirtau, gas is supplied to 7621 houses. About 60% of subscribers have connected to blue fuel. Gasification of the region continues. Next year, the regional center will begin work on gasification of the Kungei and Taugul neighborhoods.
The development of the gas industry was discussed at the staff meeting.
– Construction and installation works on the 4th, 5th, 6th launch complexes are underway in Karaganda. In Temirtau, work is underway on the 1st and 2nd launch complexes of the II stage and the 4th launch complex of the I stage. The construction of an AGRS and a high-pressure gas pipeline has been completed in Shakhtinsk, the laying of a low–pressure gas pipeline and exit nodes in the village of North-West is underway, - reported the acting head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services Ulan Ermekov.
According to him, there are projects with a positive conclusion of the state expertise on gasification of the villages of Aktau and Mustafin, as well as the Shetsky district. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025.
Akim of Karaganda Meiram Kozhukhov informed where the gas will come next year. These are a number of streets of the private sector in the new city: Kosmonavtov, Pishchevaya, Goncharnaya, Confectionery, Kirpichnaya, Balkhashskaya, Chetskaya, Rakhimova, etc. The area of the old airport will also be gasified: Shektybayev, Gabdulla Kulkybayev, Khairulla Kabzhanov streets.
– These are the streets that have been using stove heating for a long time. This will allow us to improve the environmental situation in the city center. We plan to finish it in the first half of 2025," said Meiram Kozhukhov.
In addition, gasification of the Kirzavod and Fedorovka districts will continue.
133 km of gas supply networks will be built in the residential districts of Kungey and Taugal. This will provide natural gas to about 3,300 subscribers.
In Temirtau, another facility should be commissioned by the end of the year, Mayor of the city Galym Ashimov informed. This will allow natural gas to be supplied to 1,727 houses in the Old Town and the right bank. Next year, the construction of a gas pipeline will continue to provide blue fuel to almost a thousand houses in the ABC quarter and the Gorka Druzhby microdistrict.
Akim of the region Yermaganbet Bulekpayev gave instructions on further gasification of the region and increasing the pace of connecting residents to blue fuel.
– It is necessary to explain to residents the rules for the safe use of natural gas in everyday life. To keep under control the high–quality implementation and timely execution of projects for the construction of gas distribution networks," the head of the region stressed.
