According to JSC NC "KTZ" in November, over 1.4 million tons of grain of the new harvest were shipped via the KTZ network, which is the first recorded monthly volume of grain transportation. 350 thousand tons - inside the republic and more than 1 million tons - for export.
From September to November 2024, 3.7 million tons of grain of the new harvest were transported, which is 45% more than in 2023. Including 2.9 million tons were exported, which is 51% more than in 2023, 793 thousand tons - according to internal reports.
Grain exports of the new crop show positive dynamics: growth in Central Asian countries amounted to 35%, shipment to Afghanistan increased by 58%. Shipments to Iran increased to 356 thousand tons against 14 thousand tons last year. 445 thousand tons were shipped to China according to the capacity of the host country.
KTZ ensures unhindered grain exports to the Russian Federation, as well as to new markets such as Azerbaijan, where 104 thousand tons were shipped in two months.
The tasks set by the Government for the release of elevators due to the relocation of grain within the country are being fulfilled in full, 793 thousand tons were transported in three months with an increase of +29%.
The main consumers are flour mills in the south of the country, followed by poultry farms and other grain processors.
Rolling stock is available in sufficient quantity, traction resources meet the needs of the senders. Grain headquarters and groups monitor the export of grain of the new harvest around the clock.
