In the Zhetysu region, on New Year's Eve, 109 family houses were built in Alakol, Aksu, Kerbulak and Karatal districts, - the press service of the Zhetysu region akim reports.

For example, in the Alakol district, the keys to new houses were handed over to large families and socially vulnerable groups on the waiting list. Each of these houses has a total area of ​​​​60-70 square meters and a landscaped private plot. Of these, 60 new houses were purchased and 10 were built. In total, more than 1.4 billion tenge was allocated from the budget for this purpose. In particular, 41 private houses for rent were put into operation in the city of Usharal, 15 houses in the village of Kabanbay, another 10 in the village of Beskol, and 4 houses in the village of Kazakhstan.

One ​​of the new owners of housing, a mother of many children from Usharal, Aizhan Zhakanbayeva:

- I have been on the housing waiting list for more than 8 years, I rented a house with 6 children. Of course, this was not easy for us. The condition of the rented house is not always good. Now, our family has acquired our own house and we are happy. It is impossible to describe our joy in words. I congratulate all the new owners, - she said.

And in the Aksu district, those on the waiting list were given the keys to a 3-story rental house with 24 apartments from the village of Zhansugurov. The apartments were given to socially vulnerable groups, large families, and orphans on the waiting list in the district. This house has six 2- and 3-room apartments and 12 one-room apartments.

15 residents of the villages of Basshi, Zhainak Batyr, Zhanalyk of the Kerbulak district and the village of Karazhide of the Karatal district will celebrate the New Year in their new homes. They were given the keys to their rented private houses.

In total, 2,708 family houses were built and purchased in the region this year.
