The project is located in Astana, Saryarka district, Sh. It is planned to be implemented at the intersection of Kosshygulyuly and Akan Seri streets.

The construction of the perinatal center is divided into 2 stages.

The 1st stage includes the design and construction of the foundation and frame of the main building, a conference room, an administrative and microbiological laboratory building.

The 2nd stage plans to design and build structural solutions for auxiliary buildings and structures (technical block with a garage for cars, BPP, medical gas buildings, TP), architectural solutions, main and auxiliary buildings and structures, technological solutions, internal engineering systems, external engineering networks, and a master plan.

Today, the State Expertise Agency has issued a positive conclusion on the 1st stage of the design and estimate documentation.

The customer of the project is the Corporate Fund "Company for the Construction of Objects". The general designer is a branch of the company "IT Engineering SA".
