On the last day of 2024, December 31, the akim of the Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybay received citizens on their personal issues in order of priority.

The majority of residents who came to the reception asked for social assistance and asked questions related to the health sector, housing, and unemployment.

The akim of the region Nurdaulet Kilybay said that the requests would be resolved in accordance with the law and in stages, and gave a number of instructions to the heads of the relevant sectors.

As a reminder, the head of the region held 36 personal receptions since the beginning of the year, listening to the personal issues of more than a thousand citizens.

In addition, within the framework of the Presidential Decree, he met with the population, together with the heads of law enforcement agencies, in all districts of the region and the cities of Aktau and Zhanaozen, and held personal receptions with residents of the district and city. The regional head listened to the complaints of every resident who signed up for the reception.

Currently, appropriate work is being carried out on the applications submitted, and the issues are being resolved positively.

It should be noted that residents can sign up for the regional akim's reception through the egov portal, the e-otinish unified database, or by submitting a written application to the PSC.
