Today, December 30, the akim of Mangystau region, Nurdaulet Kilybay, proposed to the deputies of the Tupkaragan district maslikhat the candidacy of Yerzhan Kumiskaliev, previously the akim of Munayly district, for the position of akim of the district, as agreed with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Yerzhan Kumiskaliev was born in 1983. He has a higher education. In 2003, he graduated from the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in law.
He began his career in 2007 as a teacher in Zhanaozen.

From 2007 to 2008, he was the deputy director of secondary school No. 3 in Zhanaozen for educational work.

From 2008 to 2016, he held the positions of chief specialist-lawyer of the administrative-legal department and head of the administrative-legal department of the Mangystau regional internal policy department, head of the administrative department of the department, and deputy head of the department.

From 2016 to 2019, he was the deputy akim of the Karakiya district.

From 2019 to 2021, he held the position of head of the Mangystau regional internal policy department.

In 2021-2022, he worked as the deputy akim of the Munayly district.

From April 2022 to this day, he has been the akim of the Munayly district

The deputies supported the proposed candidacy. They expressed confidence in Yerzhan Kumiskaliev, stating that they knew him as an experienced manager.

The head of the region thanked Rakhat Yeltizarov, who had previously been the akim of the Tupkaragan district, for his work and wished the new akim success in his work.
