The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan has sent a telegram of gratitude to the doctors of Kazakhstan who provided assistance to the citizens affected by the plane crash.

The letter states, "We express our sincere condolences to the Kazakhstanis who died in the plane crash. We express our deep gratitude to the ambulance service, qualified doctors, and specialists who provided high-quality medical care to the patients who were transported in critical condition during the accident."

In addition, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan expressed its gratitude to the leadership of the Mangystau Regional Health Department and all the doctors involved in rescuing the victims and organizing assistance to them.
