The New Year's holiday introduced some features to the usual routine of military units. A New Year's party was organized on this day for conscripts, who, according to the schedule, go to bed at 22:00.

The festive events were held in the military units of the Ground Forces, Air Force and Navy.

The Chief of the General Staff - First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, Captain 1st Rank Kanat Niyazbekov, congratulated the sailors on the New Year in the Aktau garrison. He expressed his gratitude to the personnel for their faithful service and contribution to strengthening the security of the Caspian Sea.

– Service at sea requires courage, perseverance and loyalty. You are fulfilling this important mission, protecting our maritime border and the peaceful life of Kazakhstanis. May the New Year bring you all health, happiness and success. I wish you honorable service and steadfast spirit, - he said.

Those on duty at the combat post were also not left without attention. They received congratulations and souvenirs from the command.

The servicemen listened with special interest to the New Year greetings of the President of Kazakhstan - Supreme Commander-in-Chief Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The commanders of the military units tried to spend the New Year in a friendly atmosphere, feeling the support of friends and in an atmosphere of impeccable humor and New Year's fun. A festive table, greetings from Santa Claus and Snow Maiden, contests and quizzes, performances by artists - all this added a special touch to the New Year's mood.

Soldiers were also given the opportunity to communicate with their relatives via video call during the holiday, share their news, and express their heartfelt wishes to their loved ones.
