Shakarimov Daniyar Kairkhanuly was born on February 15, 1981 in Ayagoz, Ayagoz district.
He graduated from the Semipalatinsk R. Baiseitov Financial and Economic College in Semey and the Kainar University with a degree in Finance.

He began his career as an accountant of the material group of the Semipalatinsk Narcological Dispensary.
2003-2004 - Manager of the Financial and Economic Department of the Altyn Tobe Mining and Production Enterprise Closed Joint Stock Company.
2004-2013. Chief Specialist of the Customs Control Department of the Customs Control Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the East Kazakhstan Region.
2013-2014 Leading specialist of the Customs Inspection Department of the Post-Customs Control Department for Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan Region.
2014-2016. Chief specialist of the State Revenue Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for East Kazakhstan Region.
2016-2018. Procurement specialist of KAZTYRE LLP.
2018-2019. Deputy head of the entrepreneurship department of Semey city.
2019-2021. Head of the entrepreneurship department of Semey city.
From May to November 2022, head of the physical culture and sports department of Semey city.

Before his appointment, he was the Chairman of the Semey City Maslikhat.
