06.01.2025 21:23:57 1404This afternoon, a traffic accident occurred on the "Astana-Petropavl" highway near the village of Zhanatalap, Bulandy district, Akmola region.
The forces and equipment of the Emergency Situations Department were immediately sent to the scene of the accident to eliminate the consequences of the incident and provide assistance.
The department's leadership, led by Vice Minister Kegen Tursynbayev, also visited the scene.
During the emergency rescue operations, 86 people, including 14 children, were rescued and evacuated. They were sent to Astana by cars and emergency vehicles.
21 people were taken to medical institutions, including citizens who applied on their own, including 11 people who were hospitalized.
152 people and 68 units of equipment from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, and road services were mobilized to carry out emergency rescue operations.
Heating points were opened and hot meals were provided.

In order to free the Astana-Schuchinsk road section, rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan are dismantling the fence of the dividing border. This measure will significantly improve traffic, allow drivers to pass and continue the road with the escort of police officers.
A convoy of more than 600 vehicles was organized to Astana.
Currently, 140 units of equipment are gathered at the Schuchinsk city checkpoint. 95 people, including 39 children, were evacuated to the heating station in the city of Shchuchinsk.
