Today, with the participation of the regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev, a medical clinic was opened in the villages of "Bestam" and A. Tazhibayev of the Shieli district. The medical institutions were built under the national project "Modernization of Rural Healthcare". The ceremony was attended by deputies of the Senate and Majilis of the Parliament Nauryzbai Baikadamov, Ruslan Rustemov, Markhabat Zhaimbetov, Murat Abenov, responsible industry leaders, public figures and villagers.
The head of the region congratulated the audience on the New Year and touched upon the achievements in the socio-economic development of the region and the construction sector.
"Thanks to the special support of our President and the Government, our region has now become a hotbed of serious initiatives and creative projects. According to the results of last year, we were among the leaders in the republic in all key macroeconomic indicators. The budget of our region exceeded 750 billion tenge, while two and a half years ago it was 364 billion tenge. The growth was 206 percent.
These large-scale funds were directed to solving the most pressing issues raised by the population, improving the quality of life of the population, and implementing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Our President Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich noted that "The main value of our country is people. This is obvious. Only when the nation is healthy can society develop sustainably.
It is necessary to pay special attention to the comprehensive improvement of medical infrastructure," and set a number of important tasks.
Last year, the regional healthcare budget reached 146 billion. 200 million tenge. Within the framework of the national project, 27 medical facilities were built in all districts for 10 billion. 200 million tenge. Among them, 3 medical clinics were built in the villages of Dosbol bi, Bala bi, and "Bulanbai bauy" in the Shieli district.
On Independence Day, medical clinics were handed over to the benefit of the country in the settlements of "Tartogai" and "Almaly", and today we will put them into operation in the villages of "Ortakshil", Abdilda Tazhibayev, and "Bestam".
