In the presence of Nurlybek Nalibayev, the governor of the region, a medical facility was inaugurated in the villages of Abdigappar and Besaryk, located in Zhanakorgan district. The event was attended by representatives from the Senate and the Majilis, including Nauryzbay Baikadamov, Ruslan Rustamov, and Murat Abenov, as well as industry leaders, public figures, and local residents.
The regional leader extended his greetings for the New Year, expressing his belief that these new facilities would contribute to the well-being of the nation.
"May this New Year bring blessings to our people! May joy overflow in every home! President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich pointed out that domestic medicine has introduced new treatment methods, and the oncology service is now fully modernized. A law on the legal and financial protection of industry workers has been adopted. This is a step towards raising the status of this profession. As a result of these and other systemic measures, there has been an improvement in the main medical and demographic indicators. Last year, the regional healthcare budget amounted to KZT 146 billion 200 million. Within the framework of the national project, 27 medical facilities worth KZT 10 billion 200 million will be built in all districts of the region. Of these, 3 outpatient clinics were built in the Zhanakorgan district. On Independence Day, a rural hospital with 15 beds and an outpatient clinic was handed over for the benefit of the country in the village of "Tagzymaryk".
In continuation of these good deeds, we will today put into operation outpatient clinics in villages Abdigappar and Besaryk. Our people say: "A healthy body is a happy soul". Let the new clinics become the best institutions providing primary health care and let people in white coats be surrounded by gratitude from the people! said Nurlybek Mashbekovich.
Deputy of the Majilis Murat Abenov congratulated the gathered, Elder Bakhyt Nurtazaev gave a bata. Veterans and workers who contributed to the prosperity of our district were awarded letters of thanks from akim of the region.
It should be noted that a lot of work is being done in the healthcare field in the region. The "Blood Centre" is being constructed and serves the entire country. In order to protect mothers' and children's lives, a new magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machine has been installed and a perinatal ward with 70 beds has been opened in a multidisciplinary regional hospital. A 300-bed multidisciplined hospital with a clinic and oncology department are being built in a regional centre, and a hospital with 40 beds is being built in Saksaul village in the Aral area. In response to the demands of the population, 45 ambulance vehicles were withdrawn and the regional ambulance service is now 100% provided. Over the last two years, 225 ambulance vehicles have been transferred to health care organizations in all inhabited areas. Extra-budgetary funds are also being used to develop the industry. Strong partnerships were established with the Kazakhstan Halkyna public fund. Over the previous two years, this fund allocated KZT 4 billion for health care in the area. With this funding, the Kamkorlyk centre was opened at a regional children's hospital, and necessary medicines were procured. The fund also provided a mobile medical screening complex to the regional cancer centre. Such complexes exist in only three regions of the nation. Today, they serve residents of remote villages on a regular basis.
