Governor of the North Kazakhstan Region Gauez Nurmukhambetov inspected the construction of a road overpass under construction along Universal Street in the village of Rakshasa. This is an important infrastructure facility for improving the city's transport accessibility and providing convenience for residents. The project will not only reduce the load on the existing bridge, but also provide an alternative access road to the north-eastern part of the city.

At the construction site, the regional head listened to a report on the work performed, discussed current tasks with the contractor, and paid attention to strict adherence to deadlines and quality. The new facility will be put into operation this year. The construction of the bridge continues even in winter. In addition, asphalt concrete pavement, access roads, and  a pedestrian walkway and stairs will be built for the convenience of citizens.
