By order of the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mukhametkali Rinat Zakiuli was appointed to the post of Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Culture and Information.
Rinat Mukhametkali was born in 1981. Graduated from Taraz State University named after Dulati, lawyer.
In 2002-2004, he worked in private and government organizations.
In 2004-2009, he held the positions of a leading specialist, chief specialist, Deputy Head of the Department, Head of the Department of Legislation of the Ministry of Justice.
In 2009-2010, he was Deputy Director of the Department of By-laws of the Ministry of Justice.
In 2010-2021 - Inspector, Head of the sector, Deputy Head of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel Policy of the Presidential Administration.
In 2021-2022, he is the Chief of Staff of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs.
In 2022-2023 - Head of the Secretariat of the Head of the Presidential Administration.
Since January 2023, prior to his appointment, he held the position of Deputy akim of Kostanay region.
