The Ministry of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces accreditation of associations of private business entities.
The process is carried out in accordance with paragraph 4 of the rules for accreditation of associations of private business entities and other non-profit organizations approved by the order of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2023 No. 127, including the form of the accreditation certificate, the grounds and procedure for canceling accreditation.
Accreditation of associations of private business entities is carried out in accordance with the rules. To obtain accreditation, the applicant submits the following documents:
1) application for accreditation of private business entities and other non-profit organizations in accordance with Annex 2 to these rules;
2) electronic copies of the Constituent documents of a legal entity, branch (representative office) and documents confirming state (accounting) registration (re-registration) in Kazakh and Russian languages;
3) A list of members of the association and/or organization, indicating business identification numbers.
Acceptance of documents for accreditation is carried out through the e-Otinish program from January 6 to 20, 2025 in electronic form, contact number for reference: +7 (7172) 983-261.
