In several districts of Abay region, large families, socially vulnerable categories of citizens, and other waiting lists were given keys to new houses. This was an important step in the implementation of state policy in providing housing to the population and improving the quality of life.
In Maylin rural district of ayagoz District, large families were given keys to 2 houses with 2 apartments.
The same joyful event took place in the village of Karaul, Abay district, where 28 shanyraks received new housing. In the district, the construction of 70 apartments in 8 rural districts and 1 settlement was completed and handed over to citizens who were on the waiting list for public housing.
In the villages of Urdzhar and Besterek, urdzhar district, citizens who were on the waiting list for housing also celebrated a housewarming party. Akim of the district Akylbek Bashimbayev congratulated 8 families with housing in the village of Besterek and 38 families in the village of Urdzhar and expressed his best wishes. In 2024, 41 residential buildings were built in 12 settlements of Urdzhar district, and 82 families received housing.
In the borodulikha district, support for socially vulnerable categories of citizens continues. This year, 3, 24 single-parent families and 2 pensioners with 5 large children, raising children with special needs, received a new home in the district. Of these 34 shelters, 20 are located in the village of Borodulikha.
The area of new houses is at least 89 square meters. Equipped with individual boilers and provided with all the necessary communications, such as centralized water supply and local sewage system.
