According to the order of the Akim of the Almaty region, Dimash Abduarsuli Kozhabekov was appointed acting head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Landscaping of the Almaty region for 3 months from December 26, 2024.
Dimash Abduarsuli was born in 1986 in Almaty. Higher education: in 2009, he graduated from Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev with a degree in electric power engineering, in 2012 — Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai with a degree in law and Fundamentals of Economics, in 2015 — Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov has a degree in law.
He started his career as Deputy Chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai.
Over the years, he worked as an estimate engineer at Kazelectromontazh JSC, a web designer at the Kazakh National Pedagogical Institute named after Abai, a lawyer in the office of the Mayor of Almaty, head of the legal department at Almaty Kalasy Sharuashylyk Baskarmasy LLP, head of the Department of administrative Buildings at the Directorate for the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, Deputy Chief Head of the Department of Human Resources, Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management in the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of Almaty, Head of the Department of Civil Society in the Committee on Civil Society Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of Kostanay region, as well as the head of the financial and economic department of the office of the Akim of the Almaty region.
Since September 2023, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Almaty region.
