The Ken Dala 2 program has become an important tool for supporting agricultural producers in the Akmola region. Preferential loans provided under the program help farmers solve key tasks during spring field and harvesting operations, increase efficiency and develop enterprises.
Maksimovskoye LLP of Sandyktau district became one of the successful participants of the program. In 2024, the company received a loan in the amount of 500 million tenge under the guarantee of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC. These funds allowed the company to cover current needs in a timely manner, such as the purchase of plant protection products, mineral fertilizers, fuel and spare parts.
"Thanks to the Ken Dala 2 program, we were able to confidently start the harvesting campaign. The loan debt was fully repaid in November 2024, that is, ahead of schedule. We were the first to refund the funds, and immediately applied for new financing. Today we signed the documents and received 800 million tenge to prepare for spring field work in 2025," said Alexander Zakusilov, Director of Maksimovskoye LLP.
He also stressed that the program creates unprecedented conditions for farmers, who previously had to borrow from second-tier banks at high interest rates. Now the agro-industrial complex of the region gets access to preferential loans, which contributes to the stable development of the industry.
Within the framework of the Ken Dala 2 program for spring field and harvesting operations in 2025, a framework agreement was signed on the opening of a credit line between JSC Agrarian Credit Corporation and JSC SEC KOKSHE in the amount of 32 billion tenge.
"To date, JSC SPK KOKSHE has formed a pool of 69 agricultural producers worth 26.6 billion tenge. Of these, 22 applications totaling 7.5 billion tenge were received from the Zharkainsky district," said Dina Akhmetzhanova, Director of the Lending Department of JSC SEC KOKSHE.
It should be recalled that within the framework of the Ken Dala 2 program in 2024, 35 agricultural producers of the Akmola region received financing totaling 11 billion tenge, which helped the region effectively prepare for seasonal field work. The Ken Dala 2 program continues to support farmers in the region, ensuring the stability and development of agricultural production.
