According to the city department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways, Ortalyk Trans Service LLP became the carrier of urban routes following the results of the competition. Starting from the first days of January, the company should increase the number of buses. The fare will be paid with an ONAY transport card! A cashless payment system is currently being installed.
The orange buses are adapted to the needs of people with limited mobility, and they have air conditioners. The transport is also equipped with electronic displays, a fire protection system, and video surveillance cameras.
