Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev inspected the results of capital repairs of apartment buildings in Taraz.
The head of the region visited the Karasu massif (houses No. 4, 5, 10, 11) of the Asa microdistrict (№11, 12, 19, 21, 23, 32), I checked the quality of the work, went down to the basement, examined the condition of the roof.
Erbol Karashukeyev noted that the main requirement for all contractors is compliance with two important parameters - the quality of work and deadlines. He also stressed that all work should be carried out taking into account the opinion of residents.
It should be noted that major repairs of 53 residential buildings are planned in the city of Taraz in 2024. To date, work has been completed in 40 apartment buildings. Major repairs of houses No. 11 on the ave. were also carried out at the expense of refundable funds. Tole bi, No. 37a, 39 in Karatau subdistrict, No. 29a, 29b in Saltanat subdistrict. The facades of three houses in the Bayterek neighborhood have been updated.
As a result, the share of houses in need of major repairs decreased from 43% to 39%.
Also, on behalf of the akim of the region, a project has been developed to update the architectural appearance of 28 multi-storey residential buildings on the central streets of the city. Last year, the exterior facade was restored and the roof of 11 houses along Tole bi Avenue was renewed. The house No. 71 on Zheltoksan Street is also being upgraded. And in 2025, the architectural appearance of 16 more houses will be updated, which will undoubtedly beautify the city.
