In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Maslikhat of Merken district
in accordance with the order of the akim of Zhambyl region, the akim of Merken district was appointed
Yerbol Zhumabekovich Zhienkulov.
Erbol Karashukeyev introduced the new akim to the district's activists and wished them success in their work.
The Governor of the region stressed that the main task is the high-quality execution of the instructions of the Head of State, improving the welfare of the population, effectively using the potential of the region and the possibilities of state programs.
In addition, it was instructed to carry out systematic work to attract investments, increase budget revenue, maintain socio-political stability, create new jobs, and increase business social responsibility.
Erbol Zhienkulov assured that he would make every effort to justify the trust placed in him.
Yerbol Zhumabekovich Zhienkulov was born in 1986 in the village of Akkum, Talas district.
In 2008, he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in veterinary sanitation, and in 2013 from the Taraz University of Innovation and Humanities with a degree in law.
He started his career as a senior specialist at the Republican Anti-Epizootic Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regional branches in Zhambyl and Almaty regions in 2008.
In 2010-2020, he was a leading specialist, chief specialist, head of the Zhambyl branch of the Republican Antiepizootic Detachment of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2020-2021 – Head of the Veterinary Department of the Zhambyl region Akimat, in 2021-2022 – Head of the Agriculture Department of the Zhambyl region Akimat.
Since December 2022, he has held the position of deputy akim of Zhambyl district.
