Sultan Askarovich Amanchin has been appointed head of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of Aktobe region.
Sultan Amanchin was born in 1993 in Aktobe. He is Kazakh by nationality and has a higher education.
In 2013, he graduated from Aktobe College of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in Architecture.
In 2016, he graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in Construction.
He started his career in 2014 at Aktobe Geodesy Ortalygy LLP as a designer.
From 2015 to 2020, he held the position of Director of Shanyrak-Aktobe LLP.
From 2020 to 2023, he worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of Aktobe, Deputy Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Aktobe, and then head of this department.
Since November 2023, he has held the position of Deputy Akim of Aktobe city.
