Askar Kazikhanovich Dzhusibaliyev has been appointed head of the Department of Agriculture of the Aktobe region.
He was born in 1963 in the Wilsky district of Aktobe region. He has a higher education: in 1985 he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in Agronomy; in 2008 he graduated from the Academy of Economics and Statistics in Almaty with a degree in Accounting and Auditing; in 2020 - Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov with a degree in Law.
He started his career in 1980 as a worker at the Isatai state farm in the Aktobe region.
From 1985 to 1991, he held various positions: he worked as an agronomist at the Akrabsky state farm, then as secretary of the Lenin Committee of the Youth Union of Kazakhstan, instructor of the organizational department of the Isatai district party committee, and instructor of the organizational and agricultural departments of the Khobda district party committee.
From 1991 to 2011, he was the chief agronomist of the Department of Agriculture of the Khobda district, Deputy head of the Department of Agriculture of the Khobda district, Director of Bestau LLP, Deputy head of the regional Department of Land Relations of the Aktobe region, head of the interregional land inspectorate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Land Management in Aktobe and West Kazakhstan regions.
From 2011 to 2024, he headed the Khobdinsky, Temirsky and Kargalinsky districts.
Since August 2024, he has held the position of Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Aktobe region.
