Yerlan Beisenovich was born in 1993 in Talas district of Zhambyl region. Higher education.
He started his career in 2015 in the field of law enforcement.
2018-2019 – Expert of the Methodology Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2019-2020 – Chief expert, Head of the Regulatory Legal Acts Expertise Department of the Legal Service Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2020-2022 – Head of the Regulatory Legal Acts Expertise and Monitoring Department of the Legal Service Department of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic Kazakhstan.
Since 2022, he has worked as the head of the legal service of the office of the Akim of Zhambyl region, deputy head of the office of the Akim of Zhambyl region.
