In the Shalkar district, 58 apartments were provided to people waiting in line for housing.
Construction of three two-storey communal rental houses with 8 apartments each has been completed in Shalkar, and 24 families have received keys to new apartments. This significant step clearly shows that government programs are being successfully implemented to improve the lives of citizens.
The residential buildings were built as part of the instructions of the Head of State to provide citizens with housing and handed over to the waiting list. 291 million tenge has been allocated from the local budget for these purposes. The construction works were carried out by "Kolganat Kurylys" LLP.
Thanks to the support of the Samruk-Kazyna National Fund and the state program, over 508 million tenge was allocated from the National Fund and 101 million tenge from the regional budget for the purchase of 34 apartments. In total, 609 million tenge was allocated for this purpose.
This initiative is an important step aimed at improving the social situation of the residents of the district and improving their quality of life.
For 58 families who celebrated the New Year in new homes, this moment was especially joyful. Work on providing citizens with housing will continue in the future.
