Housing was provided to representatives of socially vulnerable categories of the population in a solemn atmosphere. The keys to the apartments were handed over by the mayor of the city, Azamat Beket.
In Aktobe, 553 apartments with a total area of 33,623 square meters are being purchased to solve the housing queue problem, in addition to houses under construction.
This is one of the measures taken to solve the housing problems of needy citizens standing in line.
"We continue to provide housing for families waiting in line for housing. This became possible thanks to the support of our state. I wish your new apartments would bring you prosperity!" said the mayor of the city, Azamat Beket.
There are more than 28,000 people on the housing waiting list. An integrated approach is used to solve the problem: the construction of new houses and the purchase of ready-made apartments in different areas of the city. The apartments are distributed among those queuing in 6 categories.
34 apartments were purchased in a five-storey building at 3 Matrosova Street (7 1—room apartments, 16 2-room apartments and 11 3-room apartments). These apartments are provided to citizens queuing by categories: orphans, people with disabilities, and large families. The developer is IP "Kudaibergen G.".
