In the village of Karaulkeldy, Bayganinsky district, two two-storey houses with 16 apartments each, as well as 17 private houses, were put into operation.
A solemn ceremony of handing over the keys took place, at which akim of the district Aybek Kupenov, Chairman of the district council of veterans Kurmangali Alzhanov and chairman of the public council Bauyrzhan Tazhimuratov congratulated the new settlers.
Akim of the district Aybek Kupenov noted in his congratulation that residential buildings had not been commissioned in the district over the past three years, and assured that in the future work on providing citizens with housing within the framework of the instructions of the Head of State would continue.
Two two-storey rental and communal houses with 16 apartments are located on Airport Street in the village of Karaulkeldy at numbers 83 and 86. It should be recalled that these houses have been on the list of problematic objects for a long time, the head of the region, Askhat Shakharov, examined them during his first working visit to the Bayganinsky district. On behalf of the akim of the region, adjustments were made to the project, after which construction was resumed. Construction and installation work was completed by contractors Aymarstroyservice LLP and Rustem-Techstroy LLP.
17 individual houses were leased without the right of foreclosure. 301.923 million tenge was allocated from the budget for their construction.
All 49 houses were distributed among residents of Bayganin who were waiting in line for housing. Of these, 10 apartments are provided to orphans and children left without parental care; 13 apartments are provided to large families; 16 apartments are provided to citizens from socially vulnerable segments of the population. In addition, 6 people from among civil servants, employees of budgetary organizations, military personnel, employees of special government agencies and persons holding elected government positions received housing. Four residents of the district, whose houses are recognized as emergency in accordance with the procedure established by law, also moved to new housing. Among the new settlers there are residents who previously lived in old houses on S. Zhienbaev Street.
"We have long dreamed of our own housing. Today I received the keys to apartment No. 8 at No. 86 Airport Street. I am very glad! The apartment is warm, bright and beautiful. Almost 50 other families are happy with me. This is a big event for our neighborhood. The residents are happy, and I thank everyone who participated in this case. May such successful work continue in the district," Aigul Baigutdiyeva, a resident of the village, shared her joy.
