On the eve of the new year, the fleet of Almaty Ambulance Service received 48 modern cars of the JAC Sunray brand. Of these, 12 are Class" C "and 36 are Class" B " vehicles.
The new vehicles are equipped with modern medical equipment of world brands such as resuscitation devices, defibrillators, electrocardiographs, artificial lung ventilation devices, etc. This makes it possible to provide medical ambulance at a high level.
The fleet was modernized thanks to the financing of the mayor's Office of Almaty and the Department of Public Health. Next year, it is planned to purchase another 50 ambulances.
Every day, 186 teams are on duty, responding to more than 3 thousand calls.
According to the results of 11 months of 2024, more than 990 thousand invitations were executed. The time to reach the invitations of the first and third categories is on average 12.6 minutes, which corresponds to national standards. During this period, 142 successful resuscitations were performed.
Today, the ambulance service of Almaty consists of 13 substations located in each district of the city, which provides a quick response to calls. In the summer of 2024, a new substation was opened in the Altai-1 microdistrict, which made emergency assistance services even more accessible.
