The draft Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the Rules for the activities of Administrative bodies to establish uniformity of administrative procedures" (hereinafter referred to as the Draft) was developed in accordance with Article 15-1 of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2020 No. 350–VI and is aimed at developing and implementing uniformity of administrative procedures and administrative acts in the Republic Kazakhstan, ensuring consistency and legal certainty in the actions of government agencies.
The project provides for strengthening legal certainty, reducing corruption risks, simplifying and optimizing administrative procedures, and increasing trust in government agencies.
It is expected that the adoption of the Draft will contribute to the establishment of uniform standards for the application of legislation, increase the predictability of administrative decisions, systematize administrative practices, as well as monitoring and control over the execution of administrative acts.
The adoption of the Draft will not entail negative socio-economic and (or) other legal consequences, nor will it have an impact on ensuring national security.
