President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, in an interview with the newspaper "Ana tili", noted that in 2025 the state will continue to develop housing construction, and until 2029, apartments will be provided annually to those queuing throughout the republic.
The President's instructions are being successfully implemented in the Alginsky district. In the new year 2025, 23 families waiting in line for housing received their own homes. Of these, 19 families received housing in the city of Alga, and the rest in the village of Marzhanbulak.
Akim of the district Aslanbek Shuinshaliev solemnly handed over the keys to the new homeowners and congratulated them on this joyful event.
"Congratulations to all of you on such a long-awaited joyful day. I wish you well-being and prosperity in every home. I would like to note that thanks to the effective implementation of government programs, we are successfully fulfilling all the tasks assigned to us. In the Alginsky district, issues of social support for the population and providing affordable housing have never been off the agenda. Special attention is paid to large families, single-parent families, people with disabilities, and children left without parental care who are waiting in line for housing. These issues are being solved both through the construction of apartment buildings and major repairs of multi—storey buildings with their commissioning for the needs of the population," the akim of the district said in his speech.
