The share in the national volume is 30%, and for chicken eggs – 16%. 5 dairy farms will be launched this year. Now the production of commercial milk will increase by 30 thousand tons per year, or 1.4 times. Two more farms will be launched next year.
"This year we have expanded the acreage for forage crops. As a result, enough fodder was harvested for livestock. There is also a positive trend in the manufacturing industry. There are 67 enterprises operating in this area in the region. In 10 months, they produced products worth more than 208 billion tenge, which exceeds the level of last year by 5%. At the same time, the production of processed milk, cheese and cottage cheese, vegetable oil and flour has significantly increased," Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov said at a press conference at the CCS site.
