Thanks to the introduction of the Digital Family Card (hereinafter referred to as the CCC) in 2024, more than 642,000 people received SMS for proactive provision of public services. At the same time, 263 thousand people took advantage of the opportunity to receive benefits or payments without declaration.
The digital family map is formed based on data from all existing information systems of government agencies. To date, it has accumulated information about 20 million citizens of Kazakhstan, or more than 6 million families.
The main goal of the CCC implementation is to ensure equal access of Kazakhstanis to the state support system. In this regard, in the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Digital Family Map is designated as a tool for determining medium- and long-term tasks and directions of social policy. The CCC also provides a daily "electronic notification" to citizens about their rights to receive some type of guaranteed state support, depending on their social status.
Currently, the CCC gives Kazakhstanis who are eligible to receive state support measures the opportunity to apply for 10 types of benefits and social benefits without any requests: social security in case of disability; social security in case of job loss; social security or survivor's allowance; allowance to a parent (guardian) raising a child with a disability; allowance disability benefits; benefits for families with many children; benefits for mothers with many children who were awarded the "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka" pendants; targeted social assistance, as well as a lump sum for burial.
Automatic notifications about the possibility of receiving pension payments, the expiration date of the assigned/extended status of "kandas" and employment measures for unemployed persons are also implemented through the CCC.
When establishing the right to receive state support measures, an SMS notification is sent to the potential recipient from the unified contact center 1414. A citizen who has received an SMS must respond to it with consent. The application form and the appointment of social benefits or payments will be made automatically, followed by the transfer of funds to the recipient's bank account.
In order to eliminate the risk of fraud, we emphasize that it is necessary to respond to SMS messages received from the unified contact center 1414.
If you have any questions, please contact the Call Center at 1414. The call is free.
