In the region, in addition to eco-campaigns and traditional Sabbaths, information and explanatory work was organized among the population within the framework of the "Clean Kazakhstan" program.

Today, on January 8, a seminar was held with young people on the topic "Innovations in Ecology" at the Taldykorgan Youth Service Center. At the seminar, students of grades 11-12 of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Taldykorgan presented an autonomous robot for forest restoration. In one cycle, the robot can plant 60 seedlings, thanks to the tracked chassis, it can work on any soil and move on difficult terrain.

Alieva Ayaulym Maratovna, a student of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Taldykorgan, said: "This project is a full-scale, ready-made robot. In automatic mode, it plants seedlings with a closed root system, trees of any type. The robot is controlled autonomously using artificial intelligence, which allows it to navigate around obstacles such as rocks, trees, and ravines. It is worth noting that this project not only plants trees, but also predicts how the forest will grow, and also cleans nature from garbage. If garbage is found, the robot automatically collects it with the help of a manipulator and places it in a container for collecting garbage up to 20 kg.

In the Zhetysu region, since April 8, 2024, all planned events have been actively held within the framework of the "Clean Kazakhstan" program, more than 251 thousand people have participated in the eco-campaigns and Saturdays.

Since the start of the implementation of this large-scale eco-project, a total of 2,322 units of equipment have been mobilized in our region, 12,822 tons of garbage have been removed, 193 parks and squares, 721 historical and cultural monuments have been cleaned, and more than 56 thousand coniferous and hardwood seedlings have been planted.
