Work is actively underway in the Turkestan region to attract investments and open new factories and production facilities. Akim of the region Darkhan Satybaldy held talks with a group of foreign investors and entrepreneurs.
– Welcome to Turkestan, a city with a deep history. Six years ago, the Turkestan region was established and a new regional development plan was developed. Our goal is to improve the well–being of the population and strengthen the economy of the region. We have held talks in several countries and are always open for cooperation. A favorable business climate has been created in the region, special economic and industrial zones operate, and the Small Industrial Park project is being implemented. All conditions have been created for investors to quickly implement their projects," Darkhan Satybaldy stressed.
Li Hainan, CEO of Shaanxi Zhonghuang Huancheng Technology Co., Ltd, thanked the Governor of the region for the warm welcome and the opportunity to discuss projects. The entrepreneurs highly appreciated the architecture of Turkestan and its investment potential, expressing their willingness to cooperate in various fields.
It is worth noting that for the first time in the Turkestan region, the project "Small Industrial Park" is being implemented on an area of 100 hectares. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to attract 308 billion tenge of investments and build 151 production buildings (10 have already been built). About 6,000 new jobs are expected to be created. In addition, important projects will be implemented in the special economic zone.
