During a working trip to China in December 2024, Kazakh Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov met with representatives of Henan Agricultural Investment Capital Co. LTD. The parties discussed the prospects for cooperation in key areas.
Representatives of the company arrived in Kazakhstan to explore in more detail the possibilities for collaboration and assess the potential of the Kazakh market.
Vice Minister of Agriculture Yermek Kenzhekhanuly met with the members of the delegation.
"Trade relations with China are strengthening every year. We are interested in intensifying cooperation in all key areas," Yermek Kenzhekhanuly said.
Chen Huai'an, Deputy General Director of Henan Agricultural Investment Capital Co. LTD, spoke about the company's activities, which include 5 organizations involved in the trade of wheat, corn, soybeans, barley, meat and fertilizers in China, Kazakhstan and Thailand. Measures are being taken to expand international trade, including the import of barley and corn.
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to intensify bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation in the supply of grain, barley and the implementation of investment projects.
