In Akmola region, 40 billion tenge has been allocated to prepare for the current heating season. Of these, for the first time at the expense of the owner, 8 billion tenge. The focus is on regions with increased wear of heat supply sources and networks. This year, 8 km of networks were repaired in Stepnogorsk, which reduced wear to 73% from 82%. Similar work has been carried out in Atbasar. The planned work on the sources and heating networks has been completed by 100%. This was informed by Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov, speaking at the CCS site.
According to him, work on the construction of a thermal power plant in Kokshetau is entering an active phase. Engineering and geological surveys and the organization of a site for temporary structures have begun.
Special attention is paid to the issue of ensuring stable and high-quality water supply. More than 34 billion tenge has been allocated for these purposes this year. This year, a large-scale reconstruction of the Nurinsky group water pipeline in the Egindykol district has been completed, about 70 km of networks have been laid. They are already providing villages with water. Also this year, additional funds have been allocated from the Government reserve for the reconstruction of the main water intake for Egindykol and Korgalzhyn districts.
"The project for the construction of water treatment facilities in the regional center is also at the completion stage. In December, we will finish construction and installation work, after which we will begin commissioning with staff training. 6 billion tenge has been allocated for the development of the electric power industry. This year, 3 projects with a length of 43 km are being put into operation. Next year, in order to eliminate the shortage of electricity, it is planned to complete the design of four substations in the cities of Kosshy and Kokshetau, two of them will begin construction," the head of the region noted.
Marat Akhmetzhanov stressed that work on the gasification of coastal settlements continues. Previously, 16 villages of the Arshaly district were connected to the system. This year, 4 settlements will be connected: Zhibek Zholy already, Shubary, Koyandy, Nurly PC. Next year, 6 settlements with coverage of 68 thousand people will be provided with gas – Akkayyn, Altynsarina, Talapker, Karazhar, Kyzylsuat, Kosshy. In 2026, it is planned to gasify the villages of Karaotkel and Akmol in the Tselinograd district, the village of Akbulak in Arshalynsky and the village of Taytobe.
