As part of his working trip, Akim of Almaty region Marat Sultangaziev visited several key facilities of the Kegeni district and focused on issues of socio-economic development of the region.
Marat Sultangaziev got acquainted with the work of the Zamanbek Nurkadilov Children's Art School in the village of Kegen. This is one of the most important institutions focused on the development of children's creative abilities. The mayor visited the school, and also discussed issues of support for education and art during a meeting with teachers and students.
Further, after visiting the Kegeni district police department, he got acquainted with current problems in the field of law enforcement. During his conversation with police officers, Sultangaziev noted the need to improve the quality of work in this area, as well as improve the material and technical base.
During the trip, the governor of the region got acquainted with investment projects related to the development of the Black Canyon, which is a promising tourist location. Marat Sultangaziev stressed his willingness to support infrastructure projects necessary for the further development of this natural site.
The akim also visited the farm "Aumoldaev B", located in the Zhalagash rural district, where he met with its leaders. Issues of agricultural development, efficient use of water resources and support for farmers were discussed at the meeting.
At the end of the working trip, Marat Sultangaziev visited Lake Kayyndy, where he got acquainted with the state of the infrastructure of the tourist facility, checked the progress of the construction of the road to the lake and the project for laying electric grids. He also inspected the pedestrian paths built for tourists and stressed the importance of work on the development of tourism in the region.
Marat Sultangaziev's working trip to Kegeni district was aimed at identifying current problems and finding ways to solve them. Akim paid special attention to social and economic projects, promising to monitor their effective implementation.
