On behalf of the Head of State, 50 children's health centers and 100 new large facilities will be built by 2027 to develop the creative and intellectual potential of children. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This year, it is planned to open 23 children's health centers in the regions and build 22 modern facilities for additional education.
As of today, 3.3 million children are enrolled in additional education. For this purpose, there are 1,713 extracurricular organizations and 380 types of clubs in various fields: scientific and technical, musical, artistic and aesthetic, ecological and biological, tourist and local history, military-patriotic, socio-pedagogical. In total, there are more than 202 children's health centers in the country, of which 17 are year-round and 185 seasonal.
Special attention is paid to children in difficult situations. For the first time, 10,000 children with deviant behavior received the primary right to enroll in clubs or a section in a proactive format.
It should be noted that the construction of new facilities will be carried out in stages with an emphasis on improving the accessibility and quality of education in the field of art and creativity. These initiatives will expand the cultural and educational space, providing students and young talents with additional opportunities for self-realization and development.
