In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by order of the akim of the region, Ernur Burakhan was appointed head of the Department of Internal Policy of East Kazakhstan region.
He is an experienced practitioner who has worked his way up from an ordinary journalist to a media manager. He has four higher educations.
Over the years, Yernur Burakhan worked as a press secretary for the Akim of East Kazakhstan Region, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Samruk-Kazyna Real Estate Fund, Deputy head of the Internal Policy Department of East Kazakhstan region, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Akim of Aktobe region.
He headed the regional TV company "Aqtobe" and was the CEO of "Qazaq radiolary" LLP.
From 2023 to the present, he has served as an adviser to the akim of the East Kazakhstan region.
