In the Zhetisu region, the year began with a housewarming party for Taldykorgan's waiting list: 30 large families immediately received keys to houses in the Bereke cottage town, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.
It should be recalled that on behalf of the akim of the region, Beibit Isabayev, since last year, work has been underway to resolve problematic issues of the Bereke cottage town, mainly related to the quality of construction. A total of 204 cottages were identified, including unfinished ones and existing construction defects. Of these, after eliminating all the comments, 25 cottages were handed over to waiting lists at the end of last year. The keys to 30 more were handed over today. Another 42 are planned to be commissioned before the end of the first quarter. The remaining 107 will be introduced in stages. In general, the construction of the cottage town has been fully completed this year.
One of the newcomers from the waiting list, Mahabbat Tusipbekova, shared her impressions.
- The New Year begins for my family with pleasant and important news. Now we have our own long-awaited home. I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all those involved, thank you for taking care of us, the residents. After all, having a roof over your head is the most important condition. May there be a lot of joy and happiness in every home and family," said the mother of 7 children, M. Tusipbekova.
It should be noted that in general, all measures are being taken in the field of Housing and communal Services to provide affordable housing to the population. In particular, by the end of last year, 2,708 families in the region celebrated housewarming parties through the construction and purchase of housing. As for the regional center, if last year 1,283 families on the waiting list were provided with housing, then this year it is planned to cover over 1,400 more.
