On January 10, 2025, a meeting of the working group on regulating the activities of legal consultants was held at the Ministry of Justice, during which issues of improving the institute of legal consultants were discussed and materials on regulatory impact analysis were presented.
The working group included the chairmen of the Chambers of Legal Advisers, the Chairman of the Republican Bar Association and legal consultants.
In order to effectively analyze the regulatory impact, the Ministry collected the necessary statistical data and analyzed the practical activities of legal consultants.
During the discussion, the participants of the working group made suggestions on the proposed alternatives for the development of the institute of legal consultants.
